(hereinafter referred to as our company). Our company owns all rights to this software and is fully responsible for the privacy protection of user information and data.

The software supports Android, iOS, HarmonyOS NEXT, Windows and MacOS. Depending on the functions and services you use, the Software may collect some necessary information from you. If you are a minor, please complete it with the help of your guardian to decide whether to use the functions and corresponding services of this software.

The following agreement will explain to you what information may be collected by this software, the purpose of collection, and the protection and management measures of the information. Please read carefully and fully understand the premise that you can choose whether to agree to this Agreement or not. If you are already using the Software, you can also selectively grant the Software the right to collect information suitable for your use needs or cancel the unnecessary permission authorization.

If you have any questions about this Agreement and need further understanding and clarification, please stop using the Software or the corresponding functions, and contact the developer through the contact information attached at the end of this Agreement, and the person in charge of information protection of our company will be happy to answer your questions. Brief description of personal information

Personal information refers to all kinds of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or by other means, excluding anonymized information. The processing of personal information includes the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure, and deletion of personal information.

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to cause the personal dignity of natural persons to be violated or the safety of persons or property to be endangered, including information such as biometrics, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts and tracks, as well as the personal information of minors under the age of 14.

Account Information

When using this account for the first time, depending on the registration and login method selected, you need to authorize the Software to obtain any information in the authorized identifier of a third party such as email address, WeChat, Alipay or Apple ID.

For non-tourist trial scenarios, unique identity information is a necessary prerequisite for using the corresponding data function services to determine the ownership of application data.

Personal Data

* Calendar data

If the Software provides the calendar reminder function, and you authorize the calendar access rights during use, the Software will use your calendar system to add, modify or delete the calendar items under the application account according to your usage settings.

Calendar data access is usually not necessary to use some functions of the software, and is intended to be used for the corresponding reminder function to provide you with a better service experience. Therefore, you have the option to refuse or cancel the authorization of the Software. If certain functions of the Software must rely on the authorization of calendar data, you may refuse and give up the use of such functions. The Software does not actively access calendar data that is not related to the Software.

* Camera & Photo Library

Some features of the Software, such as the addition of program image attachments, user assistance program descriptions, may be authorized to use your camera or photo album.

Generally, the function of this software is not required to obtain the permission of the camera album, and you can give or cancel the authorization at any time according to the needs of use.

* File storage

When importing and exporting data, the software requires you to give access to external storage, so that the exported data is in the public document directory of your terminal, so as to ensure that you can access the data generated within the application without using the software.

This software will only access and control the files specified by you under your active authorization and operation. If you don't want features that require such permissions, you can deny or revoke your authorization and forgo the service.

* Application Data

In the process of using this software, according to the different functions you use, corresponding internal data may be generated. Combined with the services you own or purchase, necessary application data may be transferred to the cloud server for storage backup. The types of application data that may be involved include database type (used to save information such as schedules, reminders, records, etc.), user-selected pictures (used for functions such as avatars, schedule attachments, etc.), and user-defined common options. These data are generated by the user when he or she creates a selection in the course of using the software.

In the case that the user does not know or authorize, the software will not induce the user to provide data information that is not necessary for the application, and the user always has the right to choose the data provision. For the data that has been stored on the cloud server, the user can also delete and synchronize the cloud to clear the data backup in the cloud, or directly cancel the account and all the data information under its jurisdiction.

Device information and permissions

The Software and the third-party toolkits it relies on may need to access certain device information or related data on your terminal according to the different functions you use, and some sensitive access rights are strictly in accordance with the security specifications of the operating system running on your device, and you have the right to judge whether to grant the corresponding authorization before accessing and using it.

Exemption from consent in accordance with the law

In the following circumstances, in accordance with laws and regulations and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information:

• It is directly related to national security and national defense security
• It is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests
• Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments

* Network status

This software needs to use your device's network communication to complete the data interaction process with the cloud server, such as login verification, backup of your application data and other necessary functions. The network status is non-sensitive information, which is a necessary prerequisite for the operation of the Software.

* App autostart

For Android system, the schedule reminder function provided by this software will receive the system broadcast and start a short task to reset the system alarm for you after the phone is restarted, so that you can better experience the use of schedule reminder related services. You can turn on and off this function in the settings of the software, and the software will turn on or off the reception of system restart broadcasts according to your settings.

* Read the calendar

The scheduled reminder function provided by this software allows you to do its best to provide reminder services by using your system calendar to set up auxiliary reminders so that your device is in a restricted state. You may choose to grant or withhold permission when requesting access to the calendar in the Software, or you may turn this permission on and off yourself later in the settings of the Software. If you're using a platform that never asks for this permission, we don't use a calendar-aided design, and you can ignore this statement.

* Storage access

The plan editing and other functions provided by this software can provide you with the service of adding image attachments, and you can import and export data between the device and the software, so as to meet the needs of enriching the plan content. Depending on whether you need to use this function or not, you will decide whether to grant it when the Software requests access to the Storage, or you can turn this permission back on and off later in the device settings.

* Displayed on other apps

For the Android system, the timer and other functions provided by this software can provide a floating small window service, which is always displayed on the upper layer of other applications, so as to meet the needs of you to operate other applications at the same time. Depending on whether you need to use this function, you can decide whether to grant it when the software requests the overlay permission, or you can turn this permission back on and off later in the device settings.

* Camera

Features such as scheduling edits and avatar settings provide the ability to take photos with your camera, so that you can always access images that are not currently stored on your device. Depending on whether you need to use this function or not, you will decide whether to authorize the camera when the software requests the camera permission, or you can turn this permission back on and off later in the device settings.

* Call status/geolocation/device ID/MAC address/list of installed apps, etc

For Android, relying on trusted third-party toolkits in the industry, the software can better improve software quality, support fast logins, provide secure payments, and optimize advertising services. To this end, the third-party toolkit may collect some of your device information to meet business processing processes based on your actual usage needs and authorization. For some of the sensitive information involved, the software will request the corresponding permission from you before accessing in accordance with the device system security specifications, and can only call the third-party toolkit for corresponding functional services after obtaining your authorization. Information Management & Protection

User Information

In accordance with relevant regulations, on the premise of ensuring the normal use of software functions, the software is committed to requesting a minimum of user information, such as the logo or email of the third-party login used for login, the application log used for customer support, and the billing information used to process the member server. The Company will not solicit or coerce you to obtain any information that is not related to your use of the Features, nor will it disclose or track any related information.

Cryptographic processing

The personal information, order information and application data authorized by the user to the software are usually transmitted to the cloud server in a mature encryption method in the industry, which reduces the possibility of data being intercepted and eavesdropped on in network communication, thereby improving the security of user information transmission. Running the same software on your device, it will also encrypt and isolate sensitive data information such as passwords and passwords, or replace them with temporary tokens.

Store backups

In accordance with laws and regulations, our company will store the personal information collected in China in China. User information, application data, related service records and other data information, as well as corresponding backup data, are stored in servers from well-known and trusted cloud service providers in the industry.

Duration of storage

We will only retain your personal information and related data for as long as we provide our services. After the necessary period is exceeded, your personal information and its related data and backups will be permanently deleted, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Access control

User information and application data are stored in databases and file systems on the cloud server side according to different data types. Internal access to all data is strictly restricted, and only data managers are granted access to information data maintenance. Through permission isolation measures, reduce data security risks caused by unexpected human factors.

Information Disclosure and Sharing

Without the authorization and permission of the user, our company solemnly promises not to use any user information for any commercial purpose, let alone disclose or share it with a third party (except for the case of cooperating with the relevant laws and regulations to review according to law).

In the process of using this software, you need to strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations, otherwise our company has the right to deal with your account information and data in a timely manner and report to the relevant management department.

How you can exercise your rights to control your personal information

App data deletion

If you have not used the data backup function on the cloud server, you only need to delete the application data on the software on the device to complete the destruction, and the cloud service does not retain the corresponding data backup of the software on your device. If you have used or have used the data backup function of the cloud server, after you delete the application data in the software, you can use the data synchronization function of the software to permanently delete the corresponding data backup on the cloud server.

Account information cancellation

If you have a registered account for the Software and decide to terminate the use of the Software, please go to "Settings" -> "Cancel Account" on the bottom page, carefully read the cancellation instructions, and then initiate a request for permanent account cancellation. Once the cloud server receives the request, it will automatically delete your registered account information, application data and backups. The service within the validity period of the account will be terminated immediately, and all service records related to the account will be cleared. By canceling your account, you agree to and waive all services and rights on this software.

Third-party toolkits

WeChat SDK

Usage: Support WeChat login, sharing, and payment services. This application only receives the user's unique in-app identifier, nickname and other necessary authorization information authorized by the user and shared by WeChat. Personal information, biometric information, device identifiers and other privacy information are collected directly from WeChat, please read Tencent's official privacy protection policy. For the Apple system, it is only used for third-party APP login purposes, and does not collect private user information.

We have the right to make necessary changes to this Agreement if necessary. Users can check the terms of the relevant agreement in the latest version of the software without prior notice. If you continue to use the Software, you will be deemed to have accepted the most current version of the Agreement.
